Returns
We are sure you’ll be more than satisfied with your purchase but if, for any reason you would like to return your purchase, you can do so. You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Made to order and bespoke items are not eligible for a refund. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and not broken in any way as item needs to be re-sold as a new product not a used .If assembled or partly assembled will not be able to be returned. Please also know it will be at your cost and for your courier to send items back to our warehouse. we are happy to liaise with any courier company you provide.
Please check over your purchase as soon has it arrived. On the rare occasion that your item has been damaged in transit please let us know within 24hrs of receiving it so we can get it replaced quickly and for free.
If you decide you don’t want a fault free replacement, you will be responsible for the return cost.
Refunds(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
